We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – Operations to lead day-to-day BPO operations, manage client relationships, and ensure teams consistently achieve performance targets. If you have a strong background in operations management and leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of one or more BPO accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and overall account performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Operations staff.
- Handle client escalations and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare business reviews, operational reports, and performance updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational excellence.
- At least 3 years of experience in BPO Operations, with experience as an Account Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong background in managing client relationships and BPO operations.
- Experience handling KPIs, SLAs, forecasting, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
