Customer Support Representative (Open to No BPO Experience)

We are looking for motivated, empathetic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team in BGC, Taguig! If you are a fresh high school/college graduate or looking to shift careers, your potential matters more to us than your resume.

No prior BPO experience is required. We provide comprehensive, paid training to teach you everything you need to know. You will be responsible for providing clear, helpful, and friendly assistance to our customers, ensuring a high-quality service experience.

• Assist Customers: Answer inbound inquiries regarding account management, services, or general questions.
• Problem Solve: Listen to customer concerns, identify issues, and provide accurate, efficient solutions.
• Data Entry: Accurately document all customer interactions and updates in the company database.
• Maintain Quality: Meet daily team targets for customer satisfaction and professional communication. [1, 2, 3]

• Education: At least a High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate/Undergraduate.
• Experience: Open to fresh graduates and candidates with zero BPO experience. Experience in retail, sales, food service, or hospitality is a great plus.
• Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfortable navigating digital platforms.
