  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.
  • Maintain front desk operations and ensure a tidy reception area.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, including filing and paperwork.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course
With experience in customer service, receptionist, front desk, or clinic setting is an advantage
Pleasing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in handling appointments, patient inquiries, and scheduling
Computer literate (MS Office, email, online scheduling systems)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
With good grooming and professional appearance
Can work under pressure and handle patients professionally
Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, dental, or medical clinic is a plus
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if needed

Trustworthy, punctual, and team player
