Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven person to lead our low-cost housing sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of housing finance processes.
This role is critical to driving company growth through strategic planning, team management, and market engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales professional to ensure high performance and motivation
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process – from lead generation to deal closing – ensuring a seamless experience for buyers
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine sales approaches
- Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to align strategies and optimize promotional activities
- Organize and execute sales events, project launches, and other initiatives to boost visibility and sales performance
- Generate timely sales reports, forecasts, and insights to support management decision-making
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor, ideally in the economic or low-cost housing sector
- Strong understanding of housing loan processes, especially with PAG-IBIG Fund financing
- Preferably a Licensed Real Estate Broker
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Established network of sales agents and real estate brokers within the low-cost housing industry
- Result-oriented, with a consistent tract record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel to project site and attend field activities as required
