REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Vismotor Corporation is currently looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee and lead regional sales operations across Cebu, Samar, Leyte, and Negros Island. The ideal candidate must be willing to be assigned in Cebu and capable of frequent travel across the assigned territories to ensure operational excellence, sales growth, and dealership performance.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving overall regional sales performance, managing multi-branch dealership operations, leading Area Managers, and executing strategic business initiatives aligned with company goals. This role plays a critical part in expanding market presence, improving profitability, strengthening branch operations, and developing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities Summary
  • Drive regional sales growth, revenue achievement, and profitability across assigned branches
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and expansion plans
  • Monitor branch sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
  • Ensure effective execution of sales programs, promotions, financing partnerships, and inventory management
  • Oversee branch operations, operational compliance, productivity, and customer service standards
  • Conduct branch visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations to identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers and branch leadership teams while ensuring KPI achievement and accountability
  • Support recruitment, employee development, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Identify business expansion opportunities and support dealership growth projects
  • Build strong relationships with financing partners, local stakeholders, and business partners
  • Monitor regional budgets, operating expenses, and profitability performance
  • Prepare and review sales reports, forecasts, analytics, and operational updates to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, or any related field
  • Master’s Degree is an advantage
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of managerial experience in sales operations, dealership management, or retail operations
  • Preferably with strong background in motorcycle, automotive, FMCG, or retail dealership industry
  • Proven experience in handling multi-branch operations and regional sales management
  • Experience leading large sales teams and managing Area Managers is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Highly analytical, results-oriented, and performance-driven
  • Willing to work onsite at our Head Office located in Barangay Talamban, Cebu City
  • Willing to travel frequently across Samar, Leyte, Cebu, and Negros Island
