Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site field work Sales Executive position based in Caloocan City. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and negotiations
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate resilience in achieving goals.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
