Sales Executive - Inbound Leads + Outbound Growth

Bluedge is growing—and we’re looking for a driven, confident, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.

What You’ll Do- Convert inbound enquiries (phone, email, web, referrals) into qualified opportunities and closed deals
- Run discovery calls, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions
- Proactively generate leads through outbound emails, calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and campaigns
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
- Create proposals, quotes, and SOWs with internal team support
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting
- Provide insights to improve offers and increase conversion rates
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience (Sales Executive, Account Executive, or BDM)
- Strong phone presence and excellent follow-up discipline
- Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
- Experience managing the full sales cycle (inbound + outbound)
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong communication skills
- Competitive Salary: ₱35,000 – ₱40,000/month
