Sales Executive
Masagana Gas Corporation Makati
Location: Kamagong, Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives for Lpg products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential customers, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and customer needs, and utilize insights to develop targeted sales approaches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, promotions, and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and expand the customer base.
- Work closely with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of products and excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage (for scopping and client visits).
- Proven track record of success in B2b sales, preferably in the energy sector or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Lpg products, applications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
