Finance and Admin Manager

We are not looking for an average Finance & Admin Manager. We are looking for a precision-minded financial architect, a licensed CPA with the leadership caliber and technical firepower to fortify financial systems, drive strategic decisions, and fuel sustainable growth across our expanding network of fitness clubs.

As a core member of the leadership team, you will report directly to the COO and be responsible for building financial discipline into the DNA of our operations. You will work at the intersection of finance, compliance, and operational excellence, owning the systems, structures, and standards that drive accuracy, accountability, and scale.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

1. Financial Leadership & Control

• Own full-cycle accounting, compliance, financial planning, and controls.
• Build and enforce airtight financial systems that eliminate leakages and ensure full compliance with local regulatory frameworks.
• Lead all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with zero tolerance for error.

1. Strategic Financial Planning

• Design and deliver financial forecasts, budgets, and scenario models that inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct deep-dive variance and trend analysis to drive margin improvement and operational efficiency.
• Partner with senior leadership to support growth strategies through sound financial insights.

1. Admin Oversight

• Streamline administrative workflows, from payroll processing to spend management and asset tracking.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and audit readiness of all financial and administrative records.

1. Team Leadership & Execution

• Manage and elevate the Finance & Admin team, enforcing discipline, precision, and performance.
• Instill a culture of accuracy, timeliness, and financial accountability across all levels.

• Licensed CPA, Head Office-based (General Santos), with 47+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Background in multi-site operations, retail, or service industries is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to design and enforce financial systems that scale, ensuring compliance, internal controls, and financial hygiene.
• Expertise in P&L ownership, cash flow management, taxation, and variance analysis.
• Strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in spend management, payroll platforms, and financial automation tools.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing high-performance finance teams.
• A character defined by integrity, independence, execution, and accountability.
