The Finance Supervisor / Manager plays a key role in the organization’s budgeting, financial planning, and budget performance monitoring processes. This position is responsible for the collection, analysis, and interpretation of accounting and financial data to support accurate budget preparation, performance analysis, and financial reporting.
Qualifications/Requirements- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
- Non-CPA candidates must have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial management, budgeting, accounting, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
- Experience in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- For Manager-level consideration: prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is an advantage
