Job Description

 To establish strong alignment and effective campaign to achieve our marketing goals on program/ content focused positioning by countries/ partners, content usage through UI and multi devices platform experiences to drive customers advocacy and usage intent;  To tracking of performance through services signups, retention and usage motivation in pre-defined execution effectiveness goals aligned with business development team objectives;  To evaluate performance against marketing goals with partners through established review rhythm and define corrective actions to improve effectiveness and result.

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales management or key account management.
• Experience in handling Korean market clients or working with Korean companies is preferred.

• Proficiency in Korean (native or advanced level).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Additional languages are a plus.

• Excellent sales negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good understanding of Korean business culture and etiquette.
• Strategic planning and market analysis skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
