Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals. This includes managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, leading the sales team, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth in logistics services (freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, etc.).
• Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft OAice Suite.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
