Industry: Memorial Lot Sales

Are you a motivated and experienced sales leader looking for a meaningful career in the memorial industry? We are expanding our team and looking for a Unit Sales Manager to lead our growing operations in Toledo and Compostela.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in memorial lot sales is a must!
Preferably with background from companies such as St. Peter, St. Francis, or similar memorial providers
Strong leadership and motivational skills to build and manage a sales team
Goal-oriented with a solid track record in hitting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
Willing to be assigned in Toledo and Compostela Areas

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales agents/business partners
Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance evaluation
Drive marketing and sales strategies specific to the assigned area
Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets
Represent the company in a professional and trustworthy manner
