Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and create a friendly atmosphere during checkout.
  • Operate cash registers, handle cash, and process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets) efficiently.
  • Accurately scan and price tech products such as gadgets, accessories, and devices.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as required, adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
  • Assist customers with basic inquiries about tech products or direct them to the appropriate staff.
  • Perform end-of-day cash reconciliations and prepare daily sales reports.
  • Stay updated on promotions, warranties, and financing options to inform customers.
  • Uphold company standards in appearance, punctuality, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Prior cashier or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems or willingness to learn.
