Location: Makati-based ( but follows US- based working hours)
Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday | 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Procurement Engineer who will handle procurement processes and provide technical support to clients—particularly for US Government-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review BOMs and RFQs
Analyze and negotiate price quotations from multiple suppliers
Ensure product specifications meet US Armed Forces requirements
Select and evaluate suppliers and equipment performance
Coordinate with freight forwarders and manage logistics
Develop supplier relationships and ensure on-time delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or any related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong skills in procurement, negotiations, supplier management, and risk mitigation
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong analytical, planning, and presentation abilities
