Procurement Manager - Commercial Fuel

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Procurement Manager for Commercial Fuel to manage the sourcing and procurement of fuel products for our operations. The role is responsible for ensuring cost-effective purchasing, maintaining adequate supply levels, and building strong supplier relationships while adhering to quality and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Source, negotiate, and purchase fuel products (e.g., diesel, gasoline, lubricants) from accredited suppliers
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply conditions to optimize procurement strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with fuel suppliers and vendors
- Ensure timely delivery of fuel supplies to support operational requirements
- Analyze consumption patterns and forecast fuel demand accurately
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure cost efficiency and value
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and inventory reports
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations teams for seamless supply chain management
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Buyer, preferably in fuel, oil & gas, or commodities procurement
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of fuel markets, pricing structures, and supply chain dynamics is an advantage
- Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness and negotiation expertise
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
