HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition is responsible for providing a proactive recruitment service for the corporate office vacancies. Develops strategies for manpower pooling as well as recommends recruitment campaigns. Conducts pre-employment exam/checking, processing of BIR ORUS TIN application, sourcing/call applicants, other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience (specialized) in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Knowledgeable in other HR facets.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and HRIS Systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude, and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Must have a strong personality
