HR GENERALIST | Recruitment Focus

Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven HR Generalist to support our growing BPO operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a strong focus on talent sourcing, candidate engagement, employee offboarding, employee relations, and engagement initiatives within a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate, operations and support roles
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation
• Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements and hiring plans
• Prepare employee relations reports and metrics (e.g., engagement, attrition, case trends)
• Ensure timely resolution of employee issues in accordance with company policies
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and documentation
• Handle employee relations concerns, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary cases
• Support internal HR processes and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Assume other facets of HR as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience
• Experience in BPO or high-volume hiring environment is a must
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation
