We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and develop strategic relationships, particularly with Chinese-speaking markets. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and promote the company’s services to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business development plans.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities locally and internationally.

Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Represent the company in business meetings, trade events, and client negotiations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and project execution.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.

Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
