Job Description:

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading deal negotiations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and financial institutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in business development within the fintech industry.
  • Familiarity with B2B enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of fintech products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Google Suite.
