Job Description
As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for managing and motivating the team, ensuring top-tier performance and seamless client interactions. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive work culture while meeting operational goals and client expectations.
If you have experience in real estate sales administration or real estate support, this will be highly regarded.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Foster a supportive, communicative, and inspiring team environment
- Manage day-to-day team operations and ensure service levels are met
- Monitor and report performance metrics regularly
- Motivate and guide team members in delivering excellent results
- Identify training needs and provide hands-on coaching and support
- Handle team concerns, conflicts, and feedback, escalating to the Department Head when needed
- Attend internal and client-facing meetings
- Onboard new team members and clients smoothly
- Coordinate and conduct regular client check-ins regarding team performance
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in social media is highly regarded
- Comfortable using Zoom and Microsoft Teams for communication
- Ability to manage escalations and work under pressure
- Positive, energetic, and motivational leadership style
- Creative problem solver with a proactive attitude
- Flexible and able to thrive in dynamic environments
- Comfortable meeting tight deadlines and handling urgent matters
- Experience in real estate administration or support is a major advantage
