Role Overview:
L&B Accounting-Tax and Human Resource Management Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Consultant to drive growth by securing outsourcing partnerships with clients in the United States, specifically within the healthcare professional sector.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the US healthcare market, a proven ability to close deals, and a working knowledge of relevant US labor laws and healthcare regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of understanding client needs and presenting compelling outsourcing solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with US-based healthcare organizations (e.g., hospitals, clinics, staffing agencies, long-term care facilities) seeking to outsource the recruitment, onboarding, or other related processes for healthcare professionals.
- Leverage your knowledge of the US healthcare landscape, including market trends, key players, challenges, and opportunities related to healthcare staffing and workforce management.
- Understand the specific needs and requirements of hiring various healthcare professionals in the US market (e.g., Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Medical Assistants (MA), Therapists, Social Workers (LCSW), etc.).
- Develop and articulate tailored outsourcing solutions that address the unique needs and pain points of potential US healthcare clients, demonstrating the value proposition of partnering with L&B Accounting-Tax and Human Resource Management Services.
- Create compelling and professional proposals, presentations, and other sales materials that effectively communicate our outsourcing services and their benefits to US clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., HR Directors, Operations Managers, C-level executives) within target US healthcare organizations.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial contact through negotiation and deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for prospective clients.
- Maintain a high-level understanding of relevant US labor laws, healthcare regulations (including potential exposure to HIPAA if the outsourced services involve access to or handling of Protected Health Information), and compliance requirements that impact the hiring and management of healthcare professionals in the US.
- Demonstrate familiarity with common US healthcare terminology, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Protected Health Information (PHI), and various professional licensure types and requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, recruitment, legal) to ensure the feasibility and successful delivery of the proposed outsourcing solutions to US clients.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and progress towards achieving sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the US healthcare market and regulatory landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals with US-based clients, preferably within the healthcare sector or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare market, its structure, and key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the recruitment and staffing processes for various healthcare professionals in the US.
- Familiarity with US Labor Laws and Compliance at a high level, including awareness of federal and state regulations relevant to employment in the US.
- Understanding of US healthcare regulations, with awareness of HIPAA and its implications if applicable.
- Familiarity with common US healthcare terminology (e.g., EHR, HIPAA, RN, LPN, LCSW).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with US business professionals.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
