Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Spanish and English to provide excellent customer service to our international clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality support.

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish, and English via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, product troubleshooting, and service requests
• Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and professionally, in compliance with SLAs and quality standards
• Provide clear, step-by-step guidance for technical or service-related concerns
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution
• Maintain a customer-first mindset, handling all interactions with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the customer experience
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to support process and service improvements
• Participate in training programs and skill development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and service quality

• Fluency in Spanish, and English languages
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules (if applicable)
