About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented CAD and Architectural Design Specialists to support a U.S.-based client providing room, office, and commercial space design services.
The successful candidate will utilize an online design platform to create floor plans, room layouts, and space configurations based on customer requirements. This role requires individuals with a strong understanding of CAD software, architectural drafting, and space planning principles.
Key Responsibilities- Create room, office, and commercial space layouts using the client's online design platform.
- Interpret customer requirements and convert them into accurate design concepts.
- Review sketches, drawings, measurements, and floor plans submitted by customers.
- Produce layout designs and modifications in a timely manner.
- Ensure design accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
- Collaborate with the client's design team to meet service-level agreements.
- Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail in all design outputs.
- Support quote preparation by ensuring design information is complete and accurate.
- Meet turnaround times for customer design requests.
Qualifications
Required- Experience using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Background in Architecture, Drafting Technology, Interior Design, Engineering, or related fields.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and floor plans.
- Strong spatial planning and layout design skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willing to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
- Experience in residential or commercial space planning.
- Experience creating office, retail, or interior layouts.
- Knowledge of furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) placement.
- Previous experience supporting U.S. clients.
