- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical products, healthcare services, clinical processes, or hospital operations.
- Established network or familiarity with hospitals, clinics, medical professionals, and healthcare institutions is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored for medical and clinical audiences.
- Ability to develop and implement sales processes, controls, and performance metrics.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
