Job Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful placements. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across different industries
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure timely updates and a positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in ATS, email platforms, and Google Workspace or MS Office
- Amenable to working onsite, hybrid, or remote (depending on role assignment
