Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified technical candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Review technical job requirements to understand client hiring needs
- Source, identify, and attract IT candidates through job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms
- Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications based on technical job descriptions and client requirements
- Conduct initial interviews via phone or video to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Format and prepare candidate resumes aligned with client expectations prior to endorsement
- Endorse qualified candidates and coordinate interview schedules with clients
- Provide interview guidance and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate compensation and extend job offers to selected candidates
- Assist in candidate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
- Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in IT or Technical Recruitment
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (e.g., Developers, QA, Data, Cloud, DevOps)
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other tech communities
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, programming languages, and technical roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate candidate records
- Experience in RPO or agency recruitment setup
- Exposure to ATS/CRM tools
- Experience in niche or hard-to-fill technical roles
