Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified technical candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review technical job requirements to understand client hiring needs
  • Source, identify, and attract IT candidates through job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms
  • Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications based on technical job descriptions and client requirements
  • Conduct initial interviews via phone or video to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Format and prepare candidate resumes aligned with client expectations prior to endorsement
  • Endorse qualified candidates and coordinate interview schedules with clients
  • Provide interview guidance and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate compensation and extend job offers to selected candidates
  • Assist in candidate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
  • Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in IT or Technical Recruitment
  • Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (e.g., Developers, QA, Data, Cloud, DevOps)
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other tech communities
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts, programming languages, and technical roles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate candidate records
Nice to Have
  • Experience in RPO or agency recruitment setup
  • Exposure to ATS/CRM tools
  • Experience in niche or hard-to-fill technical roles
