Role Overview
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who knows how to find, engage, and close top tech talent in a competitive market. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across roles like Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Data, and other technical positions.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands technical roles beyond keywords, and can confidently partner with clients and hiring managers.
What You’ll Do- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (sourcing → screening → offer)
- Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team fit
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and niche platforms
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical fit, experience, and communication
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-qualified tech candidates
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience end-to-end
- Provide market insights on salary, talent availability, and hiring trends
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Drive employer branding and outreach strategies for tech hiring
- 3+ years experience in technical recruitment
- Proven track record hiring for roles like:
- Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)
- DevOps / Cloud Engineers
- QA / Test Engineers
- Data roles (Analysts, Engineers)
- Strong understanding of technical terminology, stacks, and hiring challenges
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize effectively
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven
- Experience recruiting for AU, US, or global clients
- Exposure to startup or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Zoho)
- Work with international clients across fast-growing industries
- High-impact role with ownership and visibility
