About this Role

Stock Analyst is responsible for managing and monitoring all stock transactions, inventory records, and warehouse accountable forms within the sales office and depot operations. It ensures accurate recording, safeguarding, and reconciliation of all stock movements to maintain inventory integrity.

This position also generates monthly reports and supports updates in the sales office accounting system.

Duties and Responsibilities

Records all stocks transactions to the sales office computerized system on a daily basis using the official company documents
Maintains and analyzes the required record books and reports to ensure zero inventory difference.
Conducts physical count of stocks at least once a week and reconciles results with the computer-generated reports.
Responsible for reconciliation of daily inventory reports of stock custodians against official company records.
Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly required reports
Complies with company rules and regulations, and needed reports
Responsible in safekeeping, issuance, and monitoring of all warehouse accountable forms and office supplies
Responsible in coordinating with service providers upon confirmation with the Head Office
Is liable on stocks shortages that may occur inside the sales office due to non-compliance in performance of duties

Work Schedule

Days: Monday to Saturday
Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications & Competencies Needed:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or other related disciplines.
Experience in stock or inventory analysis (preferred but not required for fresh graduates)
Knowledgeable in company products, beverage industry operations, Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic accounting principles.
Possesses strong analytical skills, accuracy, and efficiency in work execution.
With excellent oral and written communication skills and strong computer proficiency.
Has good presentation skills and attention to detail.
