Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field like Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or Engineering is often preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or technical support within the telecommunications industry specialize in FTTH is recommended but not required.
• Experience with project management frameworks and tools relevant to the telecommunications field is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience with project delivery, tracking and reporting is valuable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• FTTH implementation, Planning and Initiation: Defining objectives, and deliverable, developing project plans, and conducting feasibility studies.
• Resource Management: Identifying and allocating resources (personnel/subcon, equipment, budget) effectively.
• Team Leadership: Managing and motivating project teams, delegating tasks, and fostering collaboration.
• Schedule Management: Creating and managing project site timelines, setting deadlines, and tracking progress.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing issues as they arise.
