JOB SUMMARY

The Office Engineer shall serve as the primary company representative and all-around coordinator assigned to the Camalig Office. The position is responsible for office administration, facilities management, permit processing and compliance, coordination of maintenance activities, preparation of technical estimates as assigned, and submission of operational reports to the Executive Department.

The Office Engineer shall ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Camalig Office while maintaining effective coordination with the Head Office and other departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 A.  Office Administration and Executive Support
  1. Serve as the primary company representative and all-around coordinator assigned to the Camalig Office.
  2. Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation, safety, cleanliness, security, and functionality of the office.
  3. Coordinate administrative and operational matters between the Camalig Office, Head Office, and other departments.
  4. Maintain office records, correspondence, permits, compliance documents, and company files.
  5. Support the Executive Department and Chief of Staff by implementing directives, gathering information, monitoring action items, and preparing reports.
  6. Perform special assignments, projects, and other administrative duties as may be assigned by management.
 B.  Regulatory Compliance, Permits, and Government Liaison
  1. Process, renew, and monitor all permits, licenses, registrations, certifications, and regulatory requirements necessary for the operation of the office.
  2. Coordinate with local government units (LGUs), regulatory agencies, utility providers, and other external stakeholders regarding compliance requirements.
  3. Prepare, maintain, and submit documentary requirements for applications, renewals, inspections, audits, and regulatory submissions.
  4. Maintain a permit and compliance monitoring system to ensure timely renewals and prevent penalties, violations, or operational disruptions.
  5. Provide regular updates and recommendations to management regarding compliance status and regulatory requirements.
 C.  Facilities, Building Maintenance, and Asset Management
  1. Act as the primary contact person for all office facility, building, utility, and maintenance concerns.
  2. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the office building, equipment, utilities, and related facilities.
  3. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and technicians for maintenance, repairs, and improvement works.
  4. Monitor the condition, functionality, and safety of office facilities and recommend necessary repairs, replacements, or upgrades.
  5. Maintain records of maintenance activities, service contracts, inspections, and facility-related expenditures.
 D.  Engineering. Tendering and Technical Support
  1. Receive and act upon work orders, requests, and assignments from the Tendering Department and other authorized departments.
  2. Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, budgetary estimates, and supporting technical documentation as assigned.
  3. Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to obtain information necessary for estimate preparation.
  4. Assist in the preparation of tender documents, bid submissions, technical proposals, and other engineering-related requirements.
  5. Maintain proper documentation and records of estimates, technical reports, and tender-related activities.
 E.  Reporting and Management Information
  1. Prepare, consolidate, and submit operational, compliance, maintenance, engineering, and special reports required by management.
  2. Monitor and report the status of permits, maintenance activities, work orders, office operations, and assigned projects.
  3. Provide management with timely and accurate information to support decision-making and operational planning.
  4. Prepare ad hoc reports, analyses, presentations, and management updates as directed by the Chief of Staff or Executive Department.
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. A graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  2. Construction Estimating and Costing, Project Management, and Facilities Management
  3. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in engineering, office administration, facilities management, project coordination, or related functions.
  4. Must be willing to be assigned in CAMALIG, ALBAY.
  5. Willing to start immediately/ASAP
  6. One (1) Full-Time position is available.
