  • Facilitate Complete Recruitment Process – Job Posting, Screening and Selection
  • Document Controller of Employee 201 File Records (soft and hard copy)
  • Facilitate Employee On-Boarding Process – Validation of Pre-employment Requirements, Assist New Employee on Opening ATM Payroll, Introduction to Team, Conduct Employees Manual Orientation and Issuance of Employee Tools
  • Facilitate and Organize Company Events – Christmas Party, Team Building, HR Activities, etc.
  • Communicate and Disseminate Announcement and Circulars to the Team for implementation and guidelines.
  • Assist Employee Separation – Handle Exit Interview, Process Clearance and Last Pay
  • Process and Administer Employee Compensation and Benefits (Leave, HMO, Loans, Allowances and Perks)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years experienced specializing in Human Resources facet (essential)
  • Proficient English Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
  • Generalist background on Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Labor Relations and Administrative duties
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills
  • Must be organized and detailed oriented
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
  • Graduate of Psychology, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
