- Document Controller of Employee 201 File Records (soft and hard copy)
- Facilitate Employee On-Boarding Process – Validation of Pre-employment Requirements, Assist New Employee on Opening ATM Payroll, Introduction to Team, Conduct Employees Manual Orientation and Issuance of Employee Tools
- Facilitate and Organize Company Events – Christmas Party, Team Building, HR Activities, etc.
- Communicate and Disseminate Announcement and Circulars to the Team for implementation and guidelines.
- Assist Employee Separation – Handle Exit Interview, Process Clearance and Last Pay
- Process and Administer Employee Compensation and Benefits (Leave, HMO, Loans, Allowances and Perks)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Minimum 1-2 years experienced specializing in Human Resources facet (essential)
- Proficient English Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
- Generalist background on Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Labor Relations and Administrative duties
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Must be organized and detailed oriented
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Graduate of Psychology, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
