Job Title: Admin Assistant

Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (3 Months)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate has at least one (1) year of relevant experience and is capable of handling routine office tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

This is a three (3)-month contractual position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
  • Encode and maintain accurate records, reports, and other office documents.
  • Organize, file, and retrieve physical and electronic documents.
  • Prepare and process administrative forms and correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining office records and databases.
  • Answer phone calls, receive emails, and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Photocopy, scan, print, and distribute documents as needed.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as assigned.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field is preferred.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Good data entry and document management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
