Position: Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO across four active businesses. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's daily schedule, calendar, and appointments across multiple businesses.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and business communications.
  • Organize projects, tasks, and deadlines using Asana.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and AI productivity tools to create documents, reports, presentations, and streamline workflows.
  • Handle emails, administrative tasks, and follow up on action items.
  • Conduct online research and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, and AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule
  • Monday to Thursday
  • 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Client's Time Zone)
