TheHR-Payroll Admin Assistantwill assist in the general day-to-day activities of Human Resources Department..

Responsibilities
  • Filing of documents, updates bulletin boards
  • Does basic communication reports
  • Other clerical works
Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management., Business Administration, Psychology, related courses.
  • Proficient with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Preferably with background in payroll and timekeeping.
  • With satisfactory written and oral communication skills.
  • Confident in dealing with people
  • Trustworthy, can keep confidential data.
  • Must be self-directed, highly motivated and must display learned skills as soon as on board.
