- Actively listening to customers and offering solutions that meet their needs

- Collaborating with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Customer service experience or a genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, a plus
