About the role
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic call centre team at GDV Business Services Co. as a Call Centre Agent. This is a full-time position based in Central Cebu City, Cebu, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
What you'll be doing- Responding to inbound calls from customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listening attentively to customer enquiries, concerns or complaints and providing prompt and effective solutions
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Continuously enhancing your product and industry knowledge to better assist customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- A positive, patient and resilient attitude to provide top-notch customer service, even in challenging situations
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple software applications
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not essential
