Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team at Upsell Technologies Philippines, Inc. The BDR will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, initiating contact with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective lead generation and follow-up strategies.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and client engagement and who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Consistently generate new leads and convert them into clients, aiming to secure new business opportunities daily.
  • Get clients by actively reaching out, following up, and building interest in the company’s offerings.
  • Present the company’s products or services clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
  • Build and nurture strong professional relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to support business goals.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Attend industry events or virtual meetings to represent the company and expand the network.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback on client engagements and sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • With experience in sales, lead generation, client acquisition, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, email campaigns, and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to conduct effective market research and competitor analysis.
  • Experience in B2B outreach or corporate sales is a plus.
