Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST | 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PH Time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and engage decision-makers at IT companies (US market focus)
- Self-source qualified leads through research, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, VOIP, and cloud dialers
- Conduct outreach via calls, email cadences, and social selling
- Deliver compelling solution presentations and customized proposals
- Negotiate terms and close new business deals
- Maintain accurate pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Meet and exceed revenue quotas and daily/weekly KPIs
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations to ensure smooth delivery
Qualifications:
- Years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in IT staffing, SaaS, ERP, or consulting services
- Proven success closing new accounts, not just appointment setting
- Strong understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and telephony/VOIP
- Confident selling to US-based decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, HR Directors)
- Excellent spoken and written English; professional phone and video presence
- Experience with ecommerce, ServiceNow, or ERP solutions is a plus
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working night shift
