We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition and Business Development Representative.

Job Summary:

Pharmavise is seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition and Business Development Representative (TABD Rep) to join our growing consulting firm. This hybrid role bridges recruitment and business development to drive strategic growth across the life sciences and government sectors.

The ideal candidate will support the full-cycle recruitment efforts for regulatory, clinical, quality, and technical consultants, while also identifying and nurturing business opportunities with new and existing clients. As part of our Talent Acquisition and Business Development team, you will be instrumental in expanding Pharmavise’s talent pipeline and client base, ensuring we remain agile, responsive, and competitive in a rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (End-to-End):
  2. Support the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of consultants and project staff.
  3. Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and referrals to source qualified life sciences and regulatory professionals.
  4. Identify and engage candidates for both current project openings and pipeline roles in GxP consulting and contingent staffing.
  5. Execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit for hard-to-fill, niche roles through networking, webinars, virtual events, and direct outreach.
  6. Develop and manage talent pipelines aligned with upcoming projects and market trends.
  7. Assist in enhancing Pharmavise’s and SYMVOS’s Talent Acquisition Strategy to improve volunteer diversity, recruitment efficiency, and retention efforts.
  8. Respond to inquiries from candidates, clients, and partners; triage leads and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  9. Business Development & Client Acquisition:
  10. Identify and qualify new business opportunities across biotech, pharma, med device, healthcare, and government consulting sectors.
  11. Build strategic relationships with hiring managers, procurement leads, and partner firms to identify subcontracting and teaming opportunities.
  12. Coordinate introductory meetings, discovery calls, and capabilities presentations with potential clients.
  13. Assist in preparing tailored responses to RFPs, RFIs, capability inquiries, and teaming proposals.
  14. Recommend go-to-market strategies based on recruitment demands, client trends, and service gaps.
  15. Market & Partner Research:
  16. Research emerging trends in life sciences, clinical trials, and GovCon sectors to anticipate talent and consulting needs.
  17. Map sources of high-quality talent through competitors, client networks, academic institutions, and alumni networks.
  18. Develop timelines, recruitment targets, and outreach strategies to improve candidate quality and quantity.
  19. ATS, CRM, Reporting & Coordination:
  20. Accurately document candidate and client interactions, opportunities, and activities in the ATS and CRM (Zoho).
  21. Collaborate with the marketing, delivery, and recruiting teams to align outreach messaging, support talent campaigns, and follow up after events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and business development (ideally in consulting, staffing, or life sciences).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, and Business related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to support full-cycle recruitment, especially for specialized, hard-to-fill roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and diverse talent pools.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other sourcing platforms.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients and talents or within the U.S. consulting market.
  • Understanding of life sciences terminology, GxP regulations, and regulatory/clinical consulting services preferred.
  • Familiarity with federal contracting (e.g., FAR, subcontracting, teaming agreements) is a strong plus.
  • Self-driven, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • Schedule: 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM Philippine Time
  • Contract: Independent Contractor - 1 month probation & 6 months contract
