WFH Social Media Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to build and grow the client's personal brand across Instagram and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for transforming raw content into engaging social media posts and videos, developing content strategies, and driving organic audience growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with an entrepreneur and play a key role in building a strong online presence while showcasing their journey across multiple ventures.

Schedule: Remote, Part Time | Tuesday to Saturday 4 hours per day Central European Time zone.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy focused primarily on Instagram, with supporting content for LinkedIn.
• Edit videos and create engaging short-form content, including Reels and promotional clips.
• Design visually appealing graphics and social media posts aligned with the client's personal brand.
• Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
• Showcase the client's entrepreneurial journey, leadership, business ventures, and lifestyle through compelling content.
• Research and implement current social media trends to maximize organic reach and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the client to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and audience insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a portfolio showcasing successful Instagram growth.
• Strong video editing and graphic design skills.
• Experience creating content for personal brands, entrepreneurs, or executives.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.
• Experience developing organic growth strategies without relying heavily on paid advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
• Experience managing personal brands for founders or entrepreneurs and familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and professional branding is a plus.
• Nice to have: Experience working with clients across multiple industries and knowledge of multicultural or international audiences.
• Experience creating lifestyle, leadership, or entrepreneurship-focused content is a plus.
