You will work closely with our creatives, video editing, and graphic design teams to review and approve videos and designs, ensuring they align with our clients' brand and strategy. As our Social Media Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our clients' brand growth and increased online presence.

This is a fully remote position with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday. The Social Media Specialist will report directly to the Social Media Team Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Content Research: Use our FREE AI & Software tools to develop effective social media strategies.
2. Content Creation: You will be responsible for creating content ideas to grow your client’s social media presence, build their personal brand, and ultimately help them generate income through their social media platforms. Don’t worry, you don’t have to edit anything! You’ll be working alongside a video editing and graphic design team to create content!
3. Copywriting & Scriptwriting: You will work hand-in-hand with a team and your client to build effective storytelling copy for social media. We will train you to use AI tools and storytelling strategies to captivate an audience.
4. Content Posting: You will handle the scheduling and posting of content across various social media platforms in line with the content calendar and strategy you've created.
5. Content Analysis and Reporting: You will generate reports on account performance and audience engagement. These insights will be used to optimize strategies and create better content for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a social media manager.
• Proficient in using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proven track record in achieving results for your past/current clients' online brands.
• Experience in copywriting and understanding of SEO & keywords.
• Looking to work for the long term and grow within the company.
• Experience with Monday.com, Metricool, Slack, Google Drive, and Google Docs is highly preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills – Confidence is a PLUS as you will be consistently interacting with US/Canada-based clients.
