WE’RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Relles International, OPC is looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to lead the social media operations of Derma Roller Philippines and Skin DR+.

This role is for someone who can do more than publish posts. You will help strengthen brand awareness, grow our online presence, create engaging content, manage daily social media execution, and turn brand strategy into consistent output.

• Develop and manage monthly social media plans
• Create content calendars aligned with campaigns and business priorities
• Plan, create, and produce social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Write captions, scripts, hooks, storyboards, and content briefs
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, events, expos, pop-ups, and off-site brand activities
• Prospect and coordinate UGC creators, affiliates, and influencers aligned with the brand
• Manage outreach, briefs, product seeding, follow-ups, and content submissions
• Create and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, static posts, and basic graphic content
• Coordinate photo shoots, video shoots, creators, influencers, and user-generated content
• Publish and optimize content across all social channels
• Manage comments, messages, community engagement, and brand conversations
• Monitor trends, competitors, audience behavior, and content opportunities
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, video performance, and other key metrics
• Prepare clear performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual direction across all social channels
• Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, creative, and customer service teams

• At least 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, content marketing, or a related role
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video content
• Strong copywriting, content-planning, and storytelling skills
• Able to shoot and edit basic photo and video content using a mobile phone or camera
• Comfortable creating reels, TikTok videos, stories, carousels, and static content
• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, or brand events is an advantage
• Able to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and deadlines
• Able to turn performance data into practical content improvements
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Strong understanding of Filipino social media behavior and digital trends
• Beauty, skincare, wellness, retail, or e-commerce experience is an advantage

Employment Details

Salary range: 25,000-30,000
