Job Description:
The Project Management Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. The role involves collaborating with management and teams to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and tasks to ensure timely completion
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when necessary
- Support project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and contribute to project planning
Qualification and requirements:
- Experience in project coordination, administration, or management
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
