Responsible for overall management of construction site work progress, including supervision of site managers and quality control of structural and other works of laborer, ensuring specifications are met according to the plans and intended quality
Responsible for delegating tasks to site supervisors, foreman and other relevant personnel for daily, weekly and monthly construction plans are met in site operation
Responsible for quality control and communication with related local engineers
Responsible for researching and reporting to key officers of the Corporation for most efficient construction methodology and materials necessary for such applicationMust be knowledgeable in overall construction process and detailed design works of various construction site for quality enhancement
Responsible for training laborers to adapt to new and innovative methodology of works using enhanced equipment and tools
Responsible for quality control and daily audit progress at the site
Responsible for communicating Korean construction terminology and pattern to local workers
Qualifications/Requirements
Must be fluent in communicating in Korean language for higher management meetings.
Can communicate Korean construction terminologyMust know the style and innovative technology of Korean structural and civil works.
With at least 10 years of experience in Korean Cultured construction site.
Well aware with Korean construction materials available from Korean and Local suppliers
