Project manager

Job Description

1. Plan, schedule, and manage HVAC projects (installation, repair, maintenance, and parts supply) to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
2. Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project plans.
3. Prepare project proposals, estimates, schedules, and reports for management and clients.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective measures.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
6. Manage procurement of HVAC parts, tools, and equipment needed for projects.
7. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, changes, and concerns promptly.
8. Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and resolve on-site issues.
9. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
10. Ensure proper documentation of all project activities, contracts, and change orders.

1. Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in HVAC project management, installation, or maintenance.
2. Experience in managing both residential and commercial HVAC projects.
3. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
6. Strong Communication skills in English and Korean Language
