Job Location:BGC, Taguig

Work Set-up:Hybrid | 3x RTO a week |Shifting Schedule|10pm-7am

Budget:30,000 - 40,000

Job Description:We are seeking aBenefits Administratorspecializing inHealth and Welfareto manage and support the end-to-end process ofLeaves of Absence (LOA). The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of relevant leave laws such asFMLAandADA, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process LOA requests in compliance with company policies and applicable laws (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding LOA procedures and documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee leave statuses and balances
• Partner with HR and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth transitions and communication during employee leaves
• Assist in the creation, review, and implementation of LOA-related policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• At least 2 yearsof experience as US Benefits Admin specializing inFMLA,ADA.
• Proven knowledge ofFMLA,ADA, and other leave-related laws
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
