TECHINICAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of reports for payroll processing
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of all government-related taxes, contributions, and loans
- Monitors the employee accounts receivable ledger and reconciles discrepancies if any
- Work closely with compensation and benefits and HR representatives to verify the accuracy of all employees, benefits changes, new hire entries, resignations, and other payroll-related maintenance items
- Provide reports and assistance to operations, other departments, other team members, and external stakeholders as needed
- Ensure timely response to process-related inquiries
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.
