Qualifications

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience as Production Analyst in a manufacturing industry.
Knowledgeable in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with ERP systems or production management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze production data to track performance, identify issues, and improve efficiency.
Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth production processes.
Generate reports on output, quality, and downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production problems.
Support process improvements and maintain compliance with standards.

Applicant must be willing to work in San Pablo City, Laguna.
