A Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic business decisions. This role focuses on evaluating financial performance, forecasting trends, and helping organizations improve profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data and trends to support decision-making
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
Evaluate business performance and identify improvement areas
Develop financial models for planning and forecasting
Monitor expenses, revenues, and financial risks
Assist in budgeting and long-term financial planning
Conduct variance analysis and explain financial results
Ensure accuracy of financial data and reports
Collaborate with different departments for financial insights
Support management in strategic planning and investment decisions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
1–3 years of experience in finance or related role (fresh grads pwede rin)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
Knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good communication and presentation skills
